Wrap-Around Services
It is important to recognize that not everyone’s need will end at a pre-boom service or even acute crisis intervention with peer support or clinical help. There may be a need where an employee will have to be directed to in-patient care for extended treatment. This often coincides with addiction and substance abuse disorders connected to a mental health crisis. RMOTFL is supported by Acadia Health and their no cost, Treatment Placement Specialists ® initiative. As the largest mental health corporation in the world, Acadia Health is strategically positioned to assist any RMOTFL members and specifically, two of their Strategic Account Managers and Public Safety Liaisons are both advisors and facilitators for RMOTFL. This is not intended to usurp or compete with any process or health care responsibilities provided by your organization; it is to show our commitment to and expertise in dealing with our current clients. RMOFTL will work with your Mental Health Services and any services a law enforcement organization provides to their employees.

Resilient Core Solutions
In 2024, RMOTFL teamed up with Dr. Goldman from Resilient Core Solutions to create and provide our clients with an anonymous survey for students to measure individual and organizational stress. The survey offers evidence-based assessments that evaluate individual resilience, occupational mindset hazards, and workplace environments. These comprehensive evaluations generate data-driven reports with tailored recommendations designed to strengthen organizational resilience and enhance overall well-being. The results have been illuminating. Upon completion of our training, Dr. Goldman and the client meet to discuss the results of the survey and provide guidance as to additional things a client may be able to do to cut down on organizational stress and promote resilience within the department/agency. We are also working to develop an anonymous survey post-survey to measure the efficacy of the program. The raw data will ultimately be used for a white-paper study on organizational stress and the efficacy of our program.
