Resilient Leadership Training

This course combines general leadership training with resiliency concepts to create a resilient leader.  It is designed for all levels of leadership from executive teams, mid managers, and direct managers for an organization.  Statistically, leadership teams which adopt resiliency concepts and focus on strengths of employees increase productivity by 63%.  We teamed up with RMOTFL Tier III Facilitator and Leadership Author Dimitri Collins to create the Resilient Leader Course.  It was designed to introduce both leadership and resiliency/wellness concepts, so leaders are equipped to not only lead, but handle the burden of leadership.
