Sandy is a shepherd husky mix who got returned to the shelter after being adopted to another family. It sounds as if she was just being a typical puppy, and after some training and love, she is the best behaved dog we have ever had, not to mention very happy!

Luna is a pit bull, and is from a shelter in St Louis. We don’t know much about her background other than she just had a litter of puppies before we adopted her. There could be no cuddlier and affectionate dog than Luna. She is a joy to be around and is constantly wagging her tail and happy to see people.

Macska was a stray cat living in Chicago. He was brought to the shelter in 2020 at the beginning of Covid and was fighting with the other cats in the shelter. I brought him home temporarily as a foster, and it turns out that he loves dogs. He wrestles and is best friends with my dogs, so of course we added him to the family.
