Timothy serves as the subject matter advisor for physical security services and executive corporate security manager. He performs a variety of physical security site assessments, security policy reviews, OHSA standards, emergency response and business continuity planning. Tim has extensive experience in workplace violence and active shooter preparedness. Timothy previously served as a senior level law enforcement professional with 31 years of experience. In this role, he focused on training, tactical operations, leadership, policy and procedure, and supervision of criminal investigations. Timothy served as a regional SWAT Team Commander and successfully led fundraiser efforts for a tactical response vehicle. Timothy’s professional experience includes: Conducting physical security penetration tests and site assessments to identify security deficiencies Engaging in physical security risk assessments and policy reviews Recognized as a subject matter expert in physical security Specializing in workplace violence and active assailant policy and procedures Engaging with clients to provide customized physical security solutions Law enforcement experience includes: Chief of Police Regional SWAT team commander with 20 years’ experience Detective bureau and supervision of criminal case investigations Certified field training officer and certified subject matter instructor A.L.I.C.E.
