Pastor Barry Vazquez

Rev. Barry Vazquez is a Licensed and Ordained Minister, Founder/President and Senior Pastor of Living By Grace Fellowship, Inc. A 501 (c) 3 Non for Profit Organization. www.lbgf.org, where he has served faithfully for over 20 years. Rev. Vazquez is a National and International Conference Speaker on Biblical Studies to Central, and South America and parts of Africa. He holds a B.S in Law and Justice from the College of New Jersey with a minor in Spanish. A Recipient of a Master’s in Divinity and Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Woodbridge Christian University of Virginia. He has also graduated from Advanced Christian Training School and School of Ministry, as well as Faith International Training Center - Intensive Bible Training, Sayreville, NJ. He has been part of the Faculty and staff for several years. Rev. Vazquez has also served our country during Operation Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf in 1991. He also was contracted by the State of New Jersey as a Special Investigator for the Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Consumer Affairs. While serving in the U.S. ARMY during 1989-1997 with the 24th Military Intelligence Battalion, Pastor Barry received many honors, such as: Platoon Guide – Strikeforce, 96 Delta Course - AIT. - Class Leader, Distinguished Graduate, Certificate of Physical Fitness, TS Clearance granted by Commander CCF w/SBI, Army Commendation Medals, Meritorious Achievement (ODS), Army Achievement Medals (ODS), Letter of Commendation C-4-26, Honorable Discharge (June 1997). Rev. Vazquez is fully engaged in the community and serves on several committees such as; Capitol City Community Coalition, Vice President of the Latino Pastors of Greater Trenton, Senior Chaplain for the Trenton Police Department, Apostolic Leader of Covenant Ministries International, Member of Potter’s House International Pastoral Alliance (PHIPA), Chaplain with the United Chaplains International of NJ and Former Member of the Latino Advisory Council - Erik Jackson (former Mayor, Trenton, NJ). He is also a NJ State Police Chaplain and lead Chaplain for Mercer County, NJ. Rev. Vazquez is committed to making an impact within his community and does that by participating in community events such as; God Belongs in my City Yearly Prayer Walk, National Nite Out, Trunk o Treat, Expungement Program in Mercer County, Immigration Information dissemination for the Latino Community, Lambda Giving Day (yearly event)- Lambda Theta Phi National Fraternity, which distributes food to needy families within the inner city, Outstanding Community Service Award - Lambda Theta Phi National Fraternity, Certificate of Appreciation - Trenton City Council. Provide Security for Franklin Graham - Trenton visit 9/2016 Rev. Vazquez holds the following certifications and licenses; Basic and Advanced Certification in Police Chaplaincy - Police Chaplain Program, Individual and Group Crisis Intervention – ICISF, Certificate of Biblical Archeology - Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Israel, ACTS Urban Ministries Certificate - Latino Leadership Circle, NYC, Certificate - Preventing Targeted Violence - Global Peace Foundation, An Independent Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team, Comprehensive Officer Resilience Train-the Trainer Program - FBI National Academy and holds his license for the Security Officer Registration Act (SORA). While having accomplished some things in life, his greatest accomplishment outside of serving the Lord Jesus Christ, is caring for his lovely wife of over 30 years and two precious children and his eldest whom is in heaven waiting for our reunion.
