Melissa Rose

Chaplain and Resiliency Facilitator

Melissa Rose is a law enforcement officer with 17 years of experience with a strong desire to help the public and law enforcement community through education and training. Melissa is a coordinator, resiliency training instructor, police academy instructor, operation helping, hand outreach coordinator, operation helping hand grand administrator, bias officer and police Chaplain Liaison. Melisssa developed a curriculum that taught students the history of Crisis Negotiation. Served as an adjunct professor for approximately three semester teaching classes composed of juniors and seniors. During her 17 years of service she has been assigned to the special victims unit, narcotics strike force, and currently the task force officer, drug enforcement agency. She is tasked out to the newly formed Ocean - Monmouth HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area) Task Force. During this time she was an affiant on a Federal Wiretap investigation and co-addiant on a second federal Wiretap Investigation. Responsibilities included training new Task Force Officers and was entrusted to supervise controlled - buys by the Group Supervisor. Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Ocean County College.
