Keri has served in the law enforcement profession for over 10 years and currently holds the position of Administrative Services Manager for the Village of Winnetka, Illinois Police Department. She is the first non-sworn member of the department’s senior leadership team and is responsible for oversight of the records and social services divisions. Her areas of focus include information technology, public information, statistical reporting, budgeting, and customer service. Prior to working for the Village of Winnetka, Keri served as the Crime Analyst and Accreditation Manager for the City of Highland Park, Illinois Police Department. Keri holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and master’s degree in Law Enforcement Intelligence and Analysis from Michigan State University. Keri is a student of stoicism and believes the principles she has learned through that practice are fully encapsulated in the lessons taught by Resilient Minds on the Front Lines. Keri is happily married to her husband Dan and is the proud mom of their two fur babies, Maddie and Mair.
