Married to his wife Belinda since 2003 and has been blessed with three amazing boys, Zachary, Cole, and Reid. Being a husband and father are his first priorities and his work is secondary. Joe is a retired law enforcement officer from Addison Illinois serving for just over 20 years in the honorable profession. Joe has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Master of Science Degree in Public Safety Administration from Lewis University. He is a graduate of the Northwestern Staff and Command #276, a graduate of the FBI National Academy class #257, and a graduate of the Police Executive Research Forum class #69. He has served as a member of the Northern Illinois Critical Incident Stress Management Team, as well as a member of the Illinois Chief’s Funeral Assistance team, is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and is a Master Resilience Trainer teaching throughout the nation. Joe is currently the Village Manager for the Village of Addison which is situated in the Chicagoland area.
