He studied Psychology at Morgan State University and Social Work at the University of Maryland. His education prepared him for 20 years of successful federal criminal investigations in New York, Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. Over the years, Dominick has received many prestigious awards for investigative excellence from the United States Department of Justice and the United States Department of Homeland Security. Prior to his federal law enforcement career, Dominick worked as a Residential Treatment Counselor, Pastoral Counselor, Social-Worker, and Presidential Management Fellow while residing in Baltimore, Chicago, and Miami. Dominick is on the Board of Directors for 4Kids of South Florida and serves as National Vice President of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association. In his spare time, Dominick volunteers with and mentors troubled youth from broken homes. Dominick resides in South Florida.
