Dimitri Collins is an Executive Law Enforcement Professional and Army veteran with an extensive background in training and professional development. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Thomas Edison State University. She is a career-oriented leader with a passion for empowering others to reach their full potential. Dimitri has served as the Training Unit Commander for Camden County Department of Corrections and has led the Basic Training Courses for County Corrections Police Officers and County Juvenile Detention Officers at the Camden County College Police Academy. She is currently a County Corrections Police Captain and a 17-year veteran of her department, as well as the author of Transitioning into Leadership: The Blueprint. Dimitri continues to pursue her passion to develop leaders through public speaking and running her leadership consulting company, Transition into Leadership Foundation, LLC.
